Ratheesh is a cofounder at NISE and implements the strategic vision of the organization. His efforts are focused to identify opportunities / partnerships towards positioning NISE as a responsible and successful organization in the social and institutional sphere. He is a graduate in Physics and Masters in Computer Application, from Kannur University. His work experience includes working with corporates like Centum Learning and social organizations like Don-Bosco in the field of operations management and human resource management. He is a travel enthusiast who loves to dream big and challenge himself to fulfill the set goals.

At NISE, Vinod is responsible for building a sustainable organisation and its culture from the ground up. Prior to founding NISE with other like minded friends, he acquired his Masters in Business Administration from Victoria University, Australia and worked with many organisations in India and abroad. He is passionate about creating a more equitable world , primarily through economic empowerment of the underprivileged members of our society. He is also a huge advocate of sustainable lifestyle and is happiest amongst nature.
